Transforming Precision Imaging

In-Depth Precision for In Vivo Experiments

Transform your images with the FLUOVIEW™ FV4000MPE multiphoton laser scanning microscope. Advanced imaging technology reveals the details and dynamics of your samples while providing quantitative image data that can enhance your experiments. With our breakthrough SilVIR detector at the core of the system, achieve much lower noise, higher sensitivity, and improved photon resolving capabilities. Coupled with high speed to capture fast dynamics, the system empowers demanding research applications.

Experience the system’s innovations, including:

    • Acquire accurate, quantitative image data from the macro scale to subcellular structures
    • Gentler, higher-quality live in vivo imaging
    • Obtain more information from a single multicolor image
    • Monitor neuron and other essential dynamics with high-speed imaging
    • Modular design to meet your ever-changing needs

Multiphoton Imaging Made Simple

The FV4000MPE microscope uses our advanced, silicon-based SilVIR™ detector that makes it easier than ever to acquire precise, reproducible data.

SilVIR Next-Generation Detector Technology

The SilVIR detector combines two advanced technologies—a silicon photomultiplier (SiPM) and our patented* fast signal processing design.

  • High dynamic range
  • Low noise
  • No degradation of sensitivity
  • Less sensitivity variation among other detectors

Outstanding Multiphoton Images at Depth

The FV4000MPE microscope equipped with a TruResolution objective can efficiently excite fluorochromes deep in your sample by concentrating excitation laser power to achieve a brighter image. The advanced nondescanned (NDD) SilVIR detector has a larger beam diameter to better collect scattered fluorescence emissions from deeper in samples. The upgraded non-descanned detector (NDD) can be configured for a maximum of six channels for multicolor multiphoton imaging. Resonant scanner enables you to acquire large-volume 3D images quickly.
